Tax Exempt
If you are qualified to receive a sales tax exemption in the State of Illinois, you must complete the CRT-61 Certificate of Resale form and fax it to the PKGING.com Accounting Department at 1-708-458-7717 before you begin placing any orders.
If you do not have a tax exemption form on file with PKGING.com, you will be charged 9.75% Illinois sales tax on all PKGING.com transactions.
