PKGING.com appreciates your business, and we’re here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Below is the fine print. Please read our Return Policy carefully to expedite the return process.
Notify PKGING.com Immediately to Obtain Return Authorization
Product returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. You have 3 business days following receipt of a product to notify PKGING.com of a product return or exchange. Call PKGING.com Customer Service at 1-800-901-5734 to obtain authorization and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. (Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without the RGA number.)
Wrong Items and Product Shortages
In the event you receive the wrong item or there is a product shortage, please call PKGING.com Customer Service at 1-800-901-5734 for immediate assistance. If we make an order mistake, we will be happy to send you the right item and arrange to have the wrong product sent back to PKGING.com at no cost to you.
Returns
Once you receive return authorization from PKGING.com, you have 14 business days following receipt of the product to send it back. Please repackage the product carefully as it must be received in good condition to issue a credit. We inspect all returned items and determine the cost to make them resalable. Any damage to the product will be deducted from your refund. Returned items that are not damaged or items that were ordered incorrectly will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product price in addition to the cost to ship it back.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a product is returned or exchanged, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost, as well as any costs incurred as a result of damage to the product during transit back to PKGING.com. If a product is defective or damaged when you receive it, PKGING.com will pay the return freight charge and send you a new product.
How to Package a Return or Exchange
In order to process a return or exchange, PKGING.com must receive the product back in resalable condition. If a returned or exchanged product is lost or damaged during shipping to PKGING.com, you are responsible for all costs incurred to repair or replace it. Following are several suggestions to ensure safe shipping:
- Re-pack the product carefully. PKGING.com products come to you wrapped in paper, plastic or cardboard to keep them safe during shipping. Make sure to re-wrap the products so the pieces don’t rub against each other. Once wrapped, tape everything together. If parts are left loose in the box, they could get damaged during shipping.
- Insure your packages. All shipping companies offer insurance. In the event an insured item is lost or damaged, the shipping company will pay for it. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a shipping damage claim. PKGING.com cannot file a claim for a package it did not send.
- Please keep the shipping receipt. If you send a package back to PKGING.com and it is lost or damaged, you will need the shipping receipt in order to file a claim with the shipping company.
