Membership

Reap the Rewards program (membership) is open to U.S. residents at least 18 years of age or older. By joining the program, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and by using the program, you agree to the rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable. Rewards points cannot be merged with other affiliated or non-affiliated individuals or entities. Enrollment begins upon registration. If after activation there is no account activity (additional orders) in a year, your membership will automatically expire on the last day of the calendar year.

Earn Points

As a member of the Reap the Rewards program, earn 1 point for every $100 you spend on qualifying items (see non-qualifying items below) when you login to your account and make qualified online purchasing through PKGING.com web site. Points will post to your account approximately 30 days from the date of delivery or date of shipment. No adjustments to your account will be made after the actual purchase date. Earn additional points through special offers and promotions. If in the event products are returned to PKGING.com via UPS, points will be deducted from your Reap the Rewards® account for that return. Rewards have no cash value. PKGING.com is not responsible for communications, including certificates lost due to change of employment address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Redeeming Merchandise

All merchandise that is sent when rewards points are redeemed is as described, the merchandise is not guaranteed past what the manufacturer offers in the warranty. PKGING.com and its affiliates are not responsible in any way, shape, or form to act as intermediates between you (our customer) and the producers of the item redeemed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of redeemed merchandise. Sales tax and shipping cost are inclusive. A minimum of 20 points per transaction is required. In the events where there are balances after rewards are delivered, the balance will remain active on your account.

Non-qualifying items will be noted on the PKGING.com website. Premium point items will be noted on the PKGING.com website.
