Search for a Product

There are a number of ways to search for products at PKGING.com:

• Click on the PRODUCTS link at the top of each page to display the Products page,
• Browse the Product Categories menu found along the left side of each page,
• Click on the Product Index link at the bottom of each page,
• Enter product search criteria in the PKGING.com search entry box.

To learn more about a specific product, go to the Products page and click the item description link below the product photo to view more detailed product and price information for that item.

Your Shopping Cart

There are two ways to place an item in your shopping cart:

1. Enter a quantity and click the ADD button located at the far right of each product,
2. Click on a product’s Item # to go to the product details page where you can enter a quantity and click ADD.

To continue shopping after an item has been added to the cart, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button or click on CHECK OUT to complete the order.

If there is an item in your cart that needs to be removed or quantities need to be changed, click View Cart located at the top of the page to review your shopping cart. Here you can change item quantities or click on REMOVE to delete an item from your cart.

Shipping Information & Shipping Method

Once you click on CHECK OUT, you will be asked to provide a shipping address and the preferred shipping method (UPS or Special Truck). Once shipping information is in place, an order summary displays which includes the shipping method you selected and the shipping cost. Click on the shipping CHECK OUT button below the order summary to go to the payment options screen.

Payment Options and Submitting Your Order

Select a payment option. PKGING.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Enter the credit card number, the verification code, the expiration date and the billing address for that card. (Note that the billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.)

After carefully reviewing the payment information you entered, click on PLACE YOUR ORDER to complete your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation which includes your order confirmation number.
