How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please email PKGING.com Customer Service immediately so that we may assist you. If you choose to cancel an order that is already in transit or already been processed, you will be required to pay the shipping costs (if the item has already been shipped out) as well as a 15% restocking fee since the order has to be treated the same way as a return. If the item has not been shipped, the order will be adjusted to pay the 15% restocking fee on the items alone.
*If the item has not shipped, the shipping charges will not be charged. You will only be charged 15% of the item total.
** If the item has been shipped, you will be charged for shipping the item out to the customer, shipping charges back to PKGING.com, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
